All prices for our chocolates, bonbons, and confectionery are shown clearly before checkout. We do our best to keep product descriptions accurate, but occasionally errors happen — if they do, we will let you know before processing your order.
Payment is taken securely at checkout. We accept all major payment methods shown at the point of purchase. Your sweet shop order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
You can change or cancel your confectionery order shortly after placing it — just contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
We take great care with every batch of chocolate and sweets we make, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
